Event: 2003 Annual End of Year Dinner

Dear PWHCE reader in Melbourne Australia,

You are cordially invited to the PWHCE 2003 end of year dinner, in which the guest speaker Denise Cameron will give a talk titled, "Saving Life At A Women's Prison."

Denise's talk will be held :-
    at 7:30pm, on Wednesday 11th December 2003
    at Universal Pizza and Pasta
      141 Lygon Street Carlton
      Melway ref:- 2B F10
The dinner will be held in the upstairs function room. This dinner is a pizza, pasta and salad buffet with drinks included, at the price of $15 per head.

Denise became a pro life activist when nursing in England and witnessing the passage of the 1967 Abortion Act. Her training as a midwife in large public hospitals and ten years experience working in a women's prison exposed her to the "hard cases" in the abortion debate - from both the obstetric and social perspectives.

Her work in a women's prison reinforced Denise's commitment to defending both mother and child. This talk offers the opportunity of hearing about what good can come out of adversity.

RSVP:- Thursday 4th December 2003.
